20 minute session tacked on to the start or end of your workout, 1x/week
Structure and content of each session is highly dependent on the needs of each client
I can help you set more realistic and attainable goals, design better systems to stick to healthy habits, guide you to better understand nutrition, or assist you to build a healthier relationship with food.
Please note that I AM NOT qualified to treat or diagnose health conditions or eating disorders.
Please note that I do NOT provide meal plans. I am here to help inform and empower you to feel good about your own food choices.

If you have been advised by a doctor to refrain from exercise or physical excursion
If you are actively battling a diagnosed Eating Disorder
You do not consistently have at least 1 hour per week to dedicate to exercise
Your goal is to train for high-level competitive sports or physique/bodybuilding shows
You feel unprepared to hear new perspectives, try new things, or attempt something hard
You are looking for a quick fix or a rapid transformation
Your goal is to rehab an undiagnosed injury or cure a medical condition
PRICING

All sessions are 60 minutes
3-session trial (new clients only): $90
Minimum commitment: 1 session/week for 12 weeks
Sessions priced at $40/session and billed every 4 weeks
Ex: 1 session/week = $160 every 4 weeks x minimum of 3 renewals

55 minute sessions
Sessions completed at La Femme Strong will be billed through their system according to their prices
Any outside sessions or supplementary programming will be billed separately through Monstera Strength
